IQAC Excellence & Quality Assurance
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) serves as a continuous quality enhancement mechanism dedicated to promoting academic excellence, institutional development, accountability, and sustainable growth in line with NAAC guidelines.
About IQAC
In pursuance of its Action Plan for performance evaluation, assessment and accreditation, the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) recommends establishment of an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure.
Quality enhancement is a continuous process and the IQAC works towards developing a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution, promoting holistic academic excellence.
Institutional Journey
The institution came under the ambit of K.L.E University in the year 2009. In accordance with university directions during NAAC re-accreditation preparations, IQAC was established at Shri BMK Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya during the academic year 2009–10 under the leadership of Dr. B.S. Prasad, Principal and Chairman of IQAC.
From its humble beginning, IQAC has evolved into a strong institutional quality mechanism supporting data collection, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
